Dietary supplements
with the vitamin biotin, the minerals zinc and selenium, lactic acid bacteria and the amino acid L-glutamine. Zinc and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress and contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid, ideally half an hour before a meal.
The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
